The 12 Days of Cookbooks

Portfolio wants to make holiday gift giving a little bit easier and a whole lot more tasty this year! Beginning Monday, November 14th we’ll be bringing you “The 12 Days of Cookbooks” - our delicious version of a holiday classic. Each day we will feature a fabulous cookbook from renowned local and national authors such as Judith Fertig, Karen Adler, Chef Jasper Mirabile, Meg Ray, Sylvie Hogg Murphy and many others. From BBQ to French culinary classics, wine selections to chocolate delights - there’s something for everyone on your gift giving list. The 12 Days of Cookbooks will culminate with a book signing event on Wednesday, November 30th. There will be two signing periods from 11am to 3pm and again from 5pm to 7pm. Authors Karen Adler, Judith Fertig, and Joyce Lock will be signing at both sessions (Karen & Judith will be performing their entertaining Martha Stewart & Julia Child artisan bread demonstration as well). Authors Megan and Cody Garrelts will be signing at the 11-3 session. And authors Sylvie Hogg Murphy and Jasper Mirabile, Jr. will be signing at the 5pm-7pm session. Chef Jasper Mirabile will also be doing a fresh Mozzarella demonstration during the 5pm-7pm session.We invite you to join us on November 30th to come meet the authors, sample a bite to eat and pick up one or all of these fantastic cookbooks to give as gifts or to add to your collection.
